30-Day Exchange & Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID).

If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping within 30 days for all eligible items, including unwanted products, as long as they are returned in original condition and packaging.

Note: Free return shipping applies to orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, return shipping costs may vary depending on destination.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

• Check your bank or PayPal account again.
• Contact your credit card provider — posting delays can occur.
• Contact your bank — processing time may vary.
• If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@lazzybeauty.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and product photos.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate via email.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, and the purchaser will be notified.

📦 Please include your order ID in the return package.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
